At PICKLEBALL DROP SHOP, we offer returns on most items purchased from our website. Items eligible for returns include pickleball paddles (excludes the purchase of used paddles) in accordance with the guidelines listed below. In the event you have a larger item to return, such as court equipment, please e-mail us at info@pickleballdropshop.com for more information. *If an item arrived damaged please contact us immediately before completing the returns process.*

Pickleball Paddle Returns

We understand the importance of loving your paddle. We want you to play with your paddle and make sure it is the right fit. Accordingly, we are happy to accept returns of pickleball paddles within 30 days of purchase*. If the paddle, in its original condition, does not meet your expectations, simply ship it back to us and we will refund your money. Modifications include, but are not limited to, the addition of lead tape, edge guards, new grips, and/or name markers and stickers. All pickleball paddle returns are subject to refusal. Please contact us if you have any questions. 

 

*All returns must be shipped back in boxes or packaging that is free of any other labels or markings.
