Pickleball Paddle Return Policy

We have a 30-day full refund return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to process a return. Please read the specific sections below for more information regarding returns / refunds. ALL RETURNS must include your order number and name inside the package so we can locate your order in our system. We do not need a Return Authorization form completed, just your order number and name will work. We do not currently have a paddle demo program. *If an item arrived damaged please contact us immediately before completing the returns process.*

Pickleball Paddle Returns

To be eligible for a full refund within 30-days of your purchase, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. The original packaging cannot include tape, labels or other materials used to reinforce the packaging. The items must be in a new, re-sellable condition. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase to be submitted with your return. If you have any questions, you can contact us at info@pickleballdropshop.com. We may ask for a picture of the item(s) to be sent to us via email prior to taking the next steps in the return process. Due to the high cost of shipping, we ask that you pay for all return shipments (*see below for more details on specific items).

*All returns must be shipped back in boxes or packaging that is free of any other labels or markings.
