If you find a lower price on an identical product from any website (excluding bidding sites like eBay), simply inform us, and we'll match it. Call our team at (404) 781-9690 or email us at info@pickleballdropshop.com with details of the lower price you found. Price match requests must be submitted within 24 hours of the original purchase. To issue a price match, certain guidelines must be met based on the following conditions.

Price Match Promise applies to in-stock identical items in new condition: brand name, size, weight, color, quantity, and model number. Price Match excludes used, refurbished, or pre-owned items, or products available in bulk discounts or at wholesale prices.
Price Match Promise applies to the pre-tax price. We will not override sales tax to match a competitor's price.
Price Match Promise applies to the price of the item prior to any shipping charges, handling fees, and/or processing fees. We currently offer free Ground shipping on orders of $100 or more.
Price Match Promise does not apply to competitor coupon offers or free gift with purchase deals.
The matched price must come from a reputable U.S.-based company with verified authorization to sell the products they offer.
We cannot match prices from foreign countries or companies in violation of supplier and vendor reseller agreements.
